DESCRIPTION:
The School of Business of Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (UTDT) is seeking candidates for a tenure-track faculty position in Computer Science (CS) at the Assistant Professor or Associate Professor level, with a flexible starting date between August 1 st , 2024 and March 1 st , 2025.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Candidates with expertise in all core CS areas are sought. This position is one of several openings building up a strategic initiative towards education and research in CS. The new B.Sc. in Digital Technologies at UTDT started in 2021 and has grown steadily since then.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Applicants must hold or be in the process of completing a PhD in Computer Science or related disciplines at the time of application.
- Candidates should have a record of research and teaching commensurate with experience and should be able to benefit from the research oriented environment at UTDT.
- Applicants are expected to teach three courses per year to undergraduate and Masters students and should be able to do so in Spanish in their third year at UTDT.
