PhD opportunity: Bayesian nonparametrics for high-dimensional statistical inference
We have a PhD position starting in October 2021 in the Department of Mathematics at Imperial College London. The project is to work on the mathematical theory for Bayesian methods for high-dimensional statistical inference with Dr Kolyan Ray.
This is a joint collaboration with the Sorbonne Universite in Paris and will involve regular research visits to Paris and elsewhere.
The position comes with 3.5 years funding (fees & maintenance stipend) with additional travel funding for research visits (see link below for details and eligibility).
