University of Kent (Two posts)

The School of Mathematics, Statistics and Actuarial Science at the University of Kent currently has two advertised posts for Lecturers in Statistics to join its Statistics group. The Statistics group has a strong reputation for world-leading research, specialising in Data Science, Machine Learning and Ecological Statistics.

We invite applications from candidates with research interests that complement or enhance the group’s existing research strengths. The post holder will be expected to make a strong contribution to teaching and administration within the Statistics group in the school and will be expected to participate in the development and delivery of our new BSc in Data Science as well as on existing programmes including statistical modules within our Mathematics, Financial Mathematics and Actuarial Science degree programmes at both undergraduate and postgraduate level.
