The University College Dublin Centre for Support and Training in Analysis and Research (UCD CSTAR) is hiring a Biostatistician. UCD CSTAR is an academic centre based in the largest University in Ireland, offering training and consulting on study design and statistical analysis on a cost basis. We are involved in a range of on-going projects, including large academic-led clinical trials, longitudinal cohort studies, and numerous smaller studies across the range of bio-medical and clinical research, and across the country.
This Biostatistician post will fill an important role in delivering consultancy services, and developing and delivering training in research conduct and data analysis to primarily scientist and physician researchers. It is initially a 12 month post, with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will work remotely, and then in our offices, after safe reopening of the main UCD campus in Dublin.
A Master’s degree in statistics, epidemiology, or another field with a large statistical component is required, as is some experience in data analysis in a biomedical field. Full job description here: Work at UCD - Job Application System under reference number 013097.

Salary: €32,700 - €40,600 per annum commensurate with qualifications and experience
