As part of a great multidisciplinary team, I am looking for a post-doc candidate for the project: “Capturing & Interpreting Visitor Flow & Characteristics for Attractions, Museums & Galleries”

This project aims to provide a data-driven innovation approach for museums, galleries and attractions. We are looking for candidates with either a strong Data Science (understood in a general way. Any of the following: Statistics, Optimization, Machine Learning, Mathematical Modelling or similar), or strong IT background. Ideal candidate would have some of each.
The candidate is expected to develop solutions for collecting and analysing data. The candidate will liaison with the different stakeholders to deliver useful results that add value to their current procedures.
The fellow will be appointed on Grade 7 of the academic scale (£33,199 - £39,609).
Each year, the fellowship is supported with up to £2500 to support attendance at conferences and meetings and £6000 to support other research costs.
