DESCRIPTION:
Dr. Luis Gimeno-Sotelo, researcher from the Centre of Statistics and Applications of the University of Lisbon (Portugal) is seeking PhD students to conduct a PhD thesis in the field of climate science, with a focus on the attribution of compound events.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
- Location: Faculty of Sciences of the University of Lisbon (Portugal), Department of Statistics and Operational Research
- Duration: 3 years of PhD programme (with up to 4 years of funding)
- Start Date: Between 1 September 2025 and 1 August 2026.
