Lecturer in Medical Statistics
You will be part of a strong and enthusiastic medical statistics team line managed by Professor Amanda Lee, Chair of Medical Statistics and Deputy Director of the IAHS. You will contribute to undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and training in medical statistics primarily within the School. This currently includes undergraduate teaching of applied statistics on the MBChB medical degree, a suite of taught on campus and online Masters programmes and numerous CPD courses for University and NHS staff. You will be expected to contribute to the research strategies of both the IAHS and the SMMSN by providing statistical support and consultancy to University and NHS staff and external bodies.
This is a full-time post. Salary will be at the appropriate point on the Grade 7 (£39,992 - £47,722 per annum) salary scale and negotiable with placement according to qualifications and experience.
