Job: Consultant biostatistician, University of Glasgow

The Robertson Centre for Biostatistics is seeking an experienced statistician to act as a Consultant Biostatistician. You will be expected to conduct research by carrying out complex statistical programming and analyses and to write reports on these on a wide variety of statistical topics. You will have expertise in advanced statistical methods and will be capable of broadening your expertise. You will be expected to meet with and present results to clients, and to take a lead role in the publication of research on your own and/or with internal and external collaborators. You will contribute to the development of the Centre’s modest teaching programme. You will contribute to personal and/or collaborative applications for grant funding. You will take a lead role on small/medium projects, and will work independently and report to more senior statisticians on larger, more complex projects.
