Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

The Department of Statistics at North Carolina State University invites applications for a Postdoctoral Research Scholar. The position will be supported by the Consortium for Nonproliferation Enabling Capabilities, which is funded by the U.S. Department of Energy. The researcher will be involved in developing analytic methodologies to integrate heterogeneous information to support signature discovery. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic junior researcher who is interested in working on interdisciplinary projects with an engineering focus.

A PhD in statistics, biostatistics, computer science, or related field is required. Additional requirements include demonstrated expertise in practical statistical applications, Bayesian methods, and Bayesian computation; expertise in at least one statistical programming language; and excellent writing and communication skills. Women and members of under-represented minority groups are particularly encouraged to apply.
U.S. citizenship is required per funding agency.
