-Background
TOSHIBA DVD/HD DVD Player(etude) can not start after upgrading by Windows Anytime Upgrade.
SPS driver is necessary to execute etude, but this driver is uninstalled by the upgrade process.
So etude can not be executed after the upgrade.
Basically SPS driver is installed by etude installer. we attached SPS driver installer package to this DIS.
So you don't need to re-install etude but only to re-install this driver by the package.

-Solution
Please reinstall the SPS driver in upgrading, using oobe.
The oobe executes in upgrading. So we will describe the process to install the driver in it. 

-The way of installing SPS Driver
(Prepare) Copy the TOSHIBA_tos_sps32 folder to the HDD(c:\TOSAPINS\TOSHIBA_tos_sps32).
If run spsinstall.exe, and tos_sps32.sys will be installed with silent mode.

-Implementation to oobe.com
Ome (1PS1) uses oobe.com which will be executed only once after upgrading. 
(1PS1) oobe.com is as follows.
Please note that this example is used at upgrading only.

Restriction
Vista Upgrade can not recover this driver.

Installation
Provide general installation instruction first.

1. Extract. And copy the TOSHIBA_tos_sps32 folder to the HDD.
2. Run spsinstall.exe, and tos_sps32.sys will be installed with silent mode.
If an old versions is in HDD, please do follow.

1. Run spsinstall.exe with /u option, and tos_sps32.sys will be uninstalled with silent mode.
   > spsinstall.exe /u
2. Run spsinstall.exe, and tos_sps32.sys will be installed.
